50cl can at Mumbai Airport. Clear golden with a medium sized head which quickly disappears. Some malt, medium carbonation. Pretty standard pilsner - prefer this to the Premium version.

In my opinion, the best of the Kingfisher family, an "honor" similar to being the skinniest kid at fat camp. This early forgettable lager is only slightly easier to drink than the handful of other popular Indian beers.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2014 Rating 1.1.2013: Can, 50 cl, Goa, India. Kingfisher Premium, Kingfisher Ultra, Kingfisher Draught - wheres the difference except for the name and the packaging? They even share the same ABV? Well, maybe this is a tad sweeter and more carboardish? With only a tiny bitterness to finish. Drinkable only cold, and when in India. 3 3 2 2 8 = 1.8 Rating 5.1.2014: Draught at Mondegar, Mumbai. Definitely more crisp and fresh on tap than the canned version. Still, it is light on taste, but very clean and wellbalanced for what it is - a bland, but crisp thirstquencher and it fits the local food damn well. 4 3 5 2 10

Can. A clear, pale golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is quite grainy and fruity, with some wet cardboard and notes of cooked vegetables. Its very thin on the palate, not much carbonation going on. The flavor lacks bitterness, its mostly fruity and grainy. Some wet cardboard. Not much finish going on. A really boring and useless one. 121124

Countbeer (5264) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2012
Can: Thanks Malu: Small white head, disappears quick and leaves a lacing on the side and a bit on the glass. Clear bright light yellow colored beer. Strange smell of tea, herbs, metal, plastic, hops, flowers but mostly tea (herbs). Taste floral herbs and hops. You taste the hops, but in some way they seem to be very soft present. Very light present mix of hops, abricot, citrus, herbs, malts, Very light to almost no bitterness. Grass light hoppy aftertaste. Medium carbo, light sparkling mouthfeel, low to medium body and a (light) watery texture.
