A fully matured beer with an exceptional clarity, and has a pleasantly bitter taste.

Ok just poured and opened India’s #1 selling Lager, Kingfisher Premium, and I must say it smells damn fine, poor head though. Quite a pale beer, also known as ’Blonde’, and I can taste the hops over the malt. I had this in the freezer for a good 10 minutes before cracking and while it has a distinct flavour compared to our usual Aussie beers, I wouldnt want it to be any warmer. Would probably be quite sickly straight out of a 4 degree fridge, but at around 1 degree its not bad. I’d drink it again.

Crystal clear, two-finger head dark-ish brown yellow beer when poured in my lager glass. Not much aroma, but hints of barley and wheat. The taste confirmes that this absolutely is a lager. 2-row barley dominates, hops are only present in the bitterness, alongside the carbonation. Not easy to really enjoy this one... Drink today, forget it tomorrow. The most interesting aspect of this beer, is that it’s from India...

At a restaurant. Work ok with the indian food but as a stand alone it’s not that different from any other macro lager

Lovely hops bit like carslberg. Pale yellow thin foam bubbly as hell. Refreshing. Generic in almost every way.

Clear light beer with white top. A bit boring aroma, but a beer who indeed would be easy for newcomers to beer, to drink. The carbonation starts out okay, but gets flat quite quickly. But worst is that the classic aftertaste of hops, is non existing...

This is a really good beer in India and not so much in the states. Often times it suffers from the Euro Green Glass Skunk Monster. But if it is fresh it is downright awesome to session with.

Yellow with a white head. Aroma of apples. Flavor is very mild. For a macro lager, this is actually not bad. It’s definitely boring, but very drinkable.

.33l pour from refrigerated bottle into a Kingfisher glass. Clear, yellow, good carbonation, fluffy white head, decent retention, moderate lacing. Slightly crisp. A bit more of a malt base than some similar lagers. Nose is sweet malt.

Bottle. Perfectly in style with industrial lager. Pale with a full white frothy head, crisp and sparkling with medium to high carbonation. Aroma is weak with floral and spicy notes as well as some bread. The body is light as is the taste, slightly spicy, some malt in back. Finish is bitter. Weak beer even for a industrial lager.
