1.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 DeanF (1489) - Iqaluit, - JUL 30, 2009
Smells of metal and alcohol. I really can’t pick up anything else. Really airy head that dissipates quickly and the colour is that off-urine yellow that you really don’t want in a beer. Tastes a bit of hops with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Slightly syrupy. Mouthfeel is just average. Overall it’s a pretty weak "strong" lager no matter what the occasion.

Has the same problems the "Premium" lager does, with preservation techniques gone awry, giving you a headache almost as soon as you start drinking. Avoid.

If I could rate this any lower I would. Got through about 100mL before having to poor the rest down the drain.
Funky, funny some sort of oak cask wine flavour.

I love the attention to detail regarding this beer. Because I am only trying this beer to tick my Malt liquor style, I was interested to note the alcohol content given that it is listed as "strong". "Alc/Vol less than 8% v/v". Not much to this beer other than a good delivery system of high alcohol at a cheapish price.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 DSG (3017) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 25, 2012
Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentine. Thanks mom for this bottle! Clear golden. Aroma of alcohol and adjuncts. Sweetish flavor of corn and alcohol and a spicy alcohol finish. Light-bodied.

Had this bad lama jamma in India, I should of known it was bad from just reading the label strong... and it sure was... it smelled of strong hops and was actually very smooth. was not upset but it just gave you a horrible hang over just by drinking 3 and a half of them.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 jimthechap (804) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - JUL 12, 2011
It’s got the colour that lager’s got, as for aroma there’s not a lot. As for flavour they just forgot, But I’d rather this than a glass of snot.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 PapaSkeetSkeet (588) - Corvallis, Oregon, USA - MAY 3, 2011
Light gold, quickly fading egg-shell head. Aroma is sweet grain. Flavor is a combination of a sweetness that is a bit to sweet in a non-caramel way and slightly heavy on the palate. This fades into a undisguised hop bitterness for the style. It should be attenuated more, but I suspect it is not to cover the alcohol, which is only mildly apparent (but still more so compared to the younger brother).
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 mkel07 (1816) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 15, 2010
650ml bottle. As clear as water when poured into the glass. Very light amber colour with a thin light white head. Aroma is grainy with not a lot else going on. Flavour is almost like ginger beer and like the aroma there is not a lot happening.
