Bottle/Can, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours deep golden, shiny and metalic, there are some microsediments floating in the body texture, carbonation of the body is visually mild. Head is initially average, slowly decreasing to small, there is quite nice lacing. Head is white and foamy.
Aroma: Quite typical aroma of an European Strong Lager of Polish origin. Sweet all malt background of higher grvity beer with nice extended hoppyness in order to achieve balance. Gentle chalkyness and truffle - candy like hoppyness is present. Some gentle notes of rust and minerality.
Flavour: Alcohol is present but is quite well balanced and not disturbing as for its 6.8% abv. There is mild - sweet all - malty background with truffle hoppyness on top. Aftertaste is quite clean with gentle chalky notes. There is a kind of slightly saltyness on palate making the beer more rounded in taste. Finish duraton is medium.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is quite clean, surprisingly good and positive, easy going, well balanced and enjoyable beer.
