Can, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours surprisingly nice, shiny and quite deep golden body colour, there are gentle sediments floating in the body texture but the colour and the carbonation is very nice, vivid and quite livley, beer doesn’t decarbonates quickly. Head is frothy, there is decent visiblr lacing, head is white in colour, initially average and slowly decreasing to small.
Aroma: Soft, clean and quite fresh hoppy aroma, well balanced between hoppyness and maltyness, some gentle accidity and good quality water aspect, aromatic, kind of gently flowery hops.
Flavour: Front is slightly sweetish and slightly alcoholic, than comes wattery mouthfeel with thin grainy - salty - metalic impression on palate. After some time the taste becomes kind of neutral, water like and rather boring but this is still not bad as for a Van Pur brewery and it’s incentions. Finish duration is short to medium.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is soft to medium, finish feel is neutral, kind of boring.
