Commercial Description:
A traditional pilsner style lager brewed with quality European malts, and a blend of fine hops which give this all natural beer a light crisp flavour and a refreshing body not found in national bland lagers.

Light copper; slight caramel, toffee in aroma. Light, vaguely earthy character. Subtle vienna malt influence.

Fizzy hay amongst indolent pears...Quenching cereals and industrious cookie crumbs...A treat for the locals but a quiet pilsener...

Ontario brewpubs somehow got hard time in making decent pilsner. This one is no exception. Average.

(Draught) Pours a medium, white frothy head and a golden body. Aroma of hops and slight malt. Nicely balanced carbonation and hops, a wee sharp on the citrus and bitter flavours. Average pils...

Wheat or grassy aroma with a nice malty, biscuitty taste. Nice and refreshing but nothing else OCt. 2 2004: Light amber with sweet honey aroma , very fruity (raspberries). Again biscuity with barley sugar notes (sucres d'orge). Rather flat and light bodied.
