3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Half pint at brew pub, unfiltered peachy gold with creamy white head - nice! Definite ’iced tea’ appeal - real tea flavor over real beer character. Nice character hops and crisp round pale lager malt, and a zing of pale fruit tartness. Tea flavors of flowery darjeeling and earthy-mineral Assam. Juicy interplay of florals and fruits makes me want to come back later for more!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ the brewpub. Light amber gold with a longish lasting white head. Aroma is light caramel and peachy tea. Light caramel flavour with tannic earthy tea notes and a faint peach character in the finish. Very dry, tannic, with low sweetness. I asked our server if peach flavoured tea leaves were used here but he didn’t know.
