3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. ARoma is very fruity and slightly wooden. Flavour is grass, hoppy fruit and some vanillaish notes. Not very exciting.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask conditioned - handpump - GBBF2007. A golden coloured beer with a decent hoppy aroma at first but then a bit of cream and a bit of fart creep in. The taste is also suffering from sulphur notes. Malts are not good. Disappointing.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Although this ale has some of the tastes you would expect it fails to deliver them in a coherent and sustained manner. Overall a not unpleasant ale but not in any way memorable, should have tried harder.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Fresh citrus aroma, slight hint of hops. Golden in colour with a thin white head. Slight hint of honey, clean crisp taste. Smooth texture with a pleasant finish. I found this beer hard to describe, High in carbonation yet smooth, fresh and easy to drink. A very enjoyable beer. Once again another impressive ale from Kingstone.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
BCA (From Southwick Brewhouse, BB Mar 07). Golden with full head. Hoppy nose - some citrus covered in dust. Good level of bitterness in the mouth with dry malts. The yeast is easily roused and on the second pour some yeast in the glass was unavoidable, this added, suprisingly enough, yeasty flavours which were not very complementary to the rest of the beer.
