COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unfiltered.
Fuggles hops, brewed together with pale and crystal malts, and a generous quantity of maize, give this strong ale a distinctive full flavour - perfect with richer foods.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy copper appearance. Some bitterness with a slight hopiness. It describes itself as an IPA which it clearly isn’t Whatever its called its still a reasonable drink.

Slightly hazy copper orange with a large white head. Mothball aroma with some background yeast. Sweet malty taste with a little sourness and a mid bitter finish. Quite good.

Bottle conditioned. Slightly cloudy copper colour with minimal head. Aroma of earthy hops and orange. Flavour started fruity before a dry finish. Marred by a slightly woody aftertaste. Didn’t quite come together.

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue, BB 05/07). Coppery colour some rich flavours - hints of chocolate and dried fruits, Hops are leafy and mild and just serve to underpin the malty flavours which dont end up to sweet.

Scenty aroma of fruit. Cloudy appearance with high carb. Good frothy head. Flavour of hops with a tang. Smooth and pleasant bitter
