Bottle. Orangey golden looking cider with an acidic and fruity aroma and a nice sweet flavour with a slightly dry finish. Overall a nice dry and sweet cider.

Draught. Pours a clear straw color with a minimal white head. Aroma is sweet-dry with apple skin, green apple pulp, dusty basement and white wine. Taste is moderately sweet with a hint of acidic. Green applea and fruity sweetness mixed with white wine. Thin in body with lively carbonation. Overall, very decent and interesting balance.

66cl clear glass bottle, as pictured. Pours a deep, clear golden yellow with no head. Strong aroma of apples and vinegar. Active carbonation, ok mouth feel. Not too watery in texture. Taste is dry, yet fruity. Granny Smith-like apple flavour, enriched with some sugar (but not too much of it). Dry, then sweet and sour finish and after taste. This is actually a very refreshing cider, one of the best I’ve tried yet. It’s a bit weird the English treat this like a soft drink (I’ve seen bottles of 2 litres with 7.5 % abv), while this is in fact an alcoholic beverage for adults.

Didn’t mind this one. In the middle of nowhere with the nearest village 15 miles away somewhere in Wales our B&B hostess offered us ample bottles of this stuff as she didn’t care much for cider. So into it my wife and I went whilst relaxing, watching dodgy reality TV shows on UK television. Served cool but not cold straight from the cellar. Pours a bright honey gold with mild effervescence and donned by a thin pad of white. A lot of pear in the aroma with a little softly-sweet apples and peach. Juicy, soft apples in the mouth, clean, fresh and fruity with a roundness of pears coming in late. Body is light and the carbonation was on the subtle side for an artificially charged beverage resulting in a smooth and dry, fruity finish. Not an award winner but I couldn’t fault it. (66cL, no use-by)

It has a very beautiful, warm orange color and the whit head is rapidly vanishing. The aroma has notes of apple and wood, it is very mild. The flavour has a light sweetness and a light apple-sourness. It has notes of apple and light wood and the finish is dry and astringent. It is refreshing and uncomplicated, not very strong in neither aroma nor flavour.

Golden orange. Aroma was quite authentic. Plenty of fruity sourness here and a slight dry finish. When the fizz died down this proved to be a half decent bottled cider.

Bottle. Clear orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing white head. Aroma is moderate apple, light vinegar (fruit vinegar, a bit like geuze). Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Nice dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft, finish feel is light astringent.
