(Bottled) Clear golden with a medium, bubbly-foamy and lacy head. Very grainy-pale-malty and somewhat honeyish nose with evident but soft alcohol punch - reminds me a bit of Stille Nacht. Flavor is honeyish, pale-malty, still very grainy, yeasty, sweetish with lightly warming alcohol, acidic. Medium to full body, warming and lightly alco-burning palate, feels thinner due to the foamy CO2. Not the most refined brew with quite a bit of sweet graininess, and some alcohol burn - but still I liked the Stille Nacht connection, that brings many nice memories into mind (like my wedding day :). Gets smoother and even better with yeast. 6346

Fizzy body resulting in a soapy, white head. Clear copper body. Aromas of flowers, soap, gummy bears, lemon and dried yeast. Easy to swirl this beer back to live. Tasty sweet body that almost expands itself in your mouth. Leaves a sticky and slightly alcoholic aftertaste. A lot of yeast in this, which makes it slightly more dimmed (and very cloudy) when poured. Quite an interesting drink really and although sweet I do like it. (33cl bottle, 2,75 EUR)

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond color and a honeysweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a honey touch . This beer smells to fruity.
