Palme (3385) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 3, 2012
On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. This is a light blurry golden one with a big lasting just off-white head. Mild yeasty and floral on the aroma. A bit of Belgian sweetness here as well. In taste it has a nice sharp bitterness, light yeasty somewhat floral also. Classic Belgian blond. Nothing more, nothing less. Enjoyable. 07.08.2012

ClubGonzo (4054) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 11, 2012
On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours a light hazy blond body with a big creamy white head. Nose is Belgian ale yeast, floral candy sugar tones, hay and hints of pine in the back. Taste is classic Belgian ale yeast and straw tones, sweet pale malts and hints of wet grass. Smooth carbonation and medium to full body. Drinkable and very, very nice in all its clean simplicity.

tmrmwel (960) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 26, 2012
On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours a hazy light yellow, with a small but creamy head. Aroma is quite acidic, with grain, hay and yeast. Body is creamy, with an effervescent but still soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet of bubblegum and oranges, balanced against acidic orange peel hay and spicy yeast. Very Belgian, and seems more towards a wit or a saison than golden ale.

Very light and somewhat cloudy. Aroma of mild citrus, orangepeel and spices. Taste is mellow fruity with belgian yeast notes. Fizzy on the palate and a light to medium body.

yngwie (13617) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2012
On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival. A yellowish golden, unclear beer topped by a dense, white, finger-thick head. Grainy and lightly citrusy aroma with some faint biscuity notes. The aroma has the same malty and citrusy elements found in the aroma, as well as some bitterness, sweetness and acidity. Nothing funky, the acidity. Medium body. Grainy finish in need of more bitterness. Well, a bit dull this one, but sort of quenching and far, far from undrinkable. 111022

Sample at Næbø ølfestival. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, hop, malt, yeast. Flavour is dry, hop, malt, coriander, yeast. Medium body. OK beer.

abemorsten (2782) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - NOV 20, 2011
Sampler from tap at Nærbø Ølfestival 2011. Hazy golden with a white, creamy head. Honey and light notes of spices on the nose. Medium body. Sweet, grains, cereal, hops, spruce and light honey notes in the mouth. Long bitter finish that leaves the tongue dry.

Beer4000 (4487) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 26, 2011
On tap @ Nærbø beerfestival. Hazy yellow body with a thin white head. A bit weak on aroma, hint of fruit and spicy yeast. Quite light flavor as well, fruity, some malt, spices and yeast. Refreshing and dry, slightly acidic aftertaste with spices. Easy to drink, but not exactly my favorite style. There is also something in the flavor I can’t exactly put my fingers on, it’s kind of sour and I also found it in Slåtteøl, can’t really say I appreciate it.

OleR (4802) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2011
Sample from a 0.75L bottle. A hazy pale yellow beer, with a tall, shiny white head. Aroma is fruity and perfumey belgian style yeast, and some clean and crisp pale malts in the background. Light in body, without being thin. Dry and crisp pale malts, mild citrus fruitiness and suggestions of spices. Pleasant yeast tones. Very refresing, very inviting, and with super drinkabilty.
