Murky dark yellow with hints of brown. A big white head leaves a bit of lacing here and there. Aroma is a bit perfumy. Pineapple, very juicy fruity character, but its leaning towards being the artificial kind of fruity. Kind of candy-like. There’s some banana and lemon here as well, and it seems to be touched by a tendril of smoke at some point. Refreshing and crispy on the tongue, well balanced with citrus up front and a sweeter fruity midsection before some spicy hops rounds it up. The finish is a bit watery though. Carbonation is very sparse, feels almost flat until you swallow it. Could easily have had more sparkle to it. It’s not flawless, but a refreshing and a bit different wit.

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour witha white head. Aroma is citrus, hop, coriander, yeast. Flavour is citrus, hop, coriander, yeast. Medium body. Nice/OK beer.

On tap at Naboen. Has a hazy straw colour with a small white head. Typical fruity aromas of banana, yeast, wheat, and citrus. Find much of the same things in the flavor but relatively sweeter with addition of some hops. More slick and silky mouthfeel than expected. A good witbier on all levels, but on the edge of becoming too sweet. Maybe more like a german hefeweizen with a citrusy touch.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy golden in color with a HUGE white lasting head. Aroma and flavours of wheat, spices, orange, banana. Quite sweet. A very enjoyable Wit.

Sampler from tap at Nærbø Ølfestival 2011.Muddy, light golden body and a white film. Fruits, light spices, grains, nectar and flowers on the nose. Wonderful. Light to medium body. Fruity, spicy, light sweet flavors with floral notes and a nice malt presence in the finish. Wow!

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2012 Big bottle at Meny Grønland in Oslo, Norway. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head. A very complex and fruity aroma. Flavour mix of the whole garden. Light sweet and an ok bitterness, spicy (coriander). Medium carbonation.

On tap @ Nærbø beerfestival. Hazy yellow body with a thin white head. Light and refreshing aroma of acidic lemon, yeast and coriander. Flavor is light fruity acidic, hint of lemon, grapefruit, spices and yeast. Medium body. A bit thin in body but nice and refreshing flavor.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a big white head. Aroma of coriander, lemon, bubble gum, lime nad fruitiness. Flavor sweet and malty with some coriander and yeast. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice wit.
