Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of fruits, yeast, floral hops and light spiciness. Sweetish fruity flavor with a dry finish with moderate hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

750mL thanks to Travlr. Clear lighter gold with an enormous white head. Rocky. Sweet golden raisin nose with doughy year and biscuity malt. Sweet saison? Taste is malty, oatmeal, richer, malt forward. Not so bad.

Bottle in our quirky Oslo Hotel. Hazy gold beer, big off white head. Light dry palate. Sweet tripel like malt, estery sweetness, trace of banana. Trace of dried fruits. Minerally dry finish. Drinkable but flirting with blandness.

Delte en flaske med min far til en bedre sjømat middag. Passer bra med krepsen som har en litt særpreget smak. Høy skum, god smak. Hint av sitrus. En øl jeg godt kan kjøpe igjen.

Bottle: Hazy brown/red colour, with a big head. Aroma had a nice belgian yeastynes, fruity, grassy. Flavor was dominated of belgian yeastynes, and a peppery mouth feeling. Thin to medium body, medium fruity finish. Well done

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, alcohol, orange. Flavour is dry, malt, fruit, alcohol, orange, hop, yeast, spices. Nice/OK beer.

12.02.2012. 0,75l Bottle. Shared with my wife! Very lively carbonated with an ever lasting white head. Pale golden amber colour. Aroma of malt and grassy hops. Medium body. Rather flat beer with no distinct flavours. At the end there is some bitterness with notes of herbs and grass and hay.

Bottle at Papsoe. Pale golden beer, hazy, with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and sharp with notes of bread, hay, dough, grass. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter, slightly astringent with notes of belgian yeast. Doesn’t really come out like a saison, it’s too plain and simple.
