3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg @ Fureyís Bar, Sligo
Dark amber, hazy, thin white head
Aroma of soft cereal, some hay
Taste of sweet caramel malts, cereal, dab of bitter chocolate which I donít think quite works in this, some orange zest, soft fruity malts
Palate - soft carb, medium body, fairly oily. Finish as main flavour
Overall - More interesting than other Irish amber ales Iíve tried even if a bit unbalanced in flavour
