On tap at Bishop Arm’s Skövde. Hazy amber with thick medium seized head. Some floral hops but not that much, more focus on the malts with bread and cookie dough. Some sour off flavors, but they are in the background and not disturbing to much.

Draught @ Bishops Arms Skövde. Pours very hazy deep reddish golden with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet and slightly fruity with cookie dough, silage, overripe tropical fruits, minerals, banana, orange zest, overripe grapes and red apples.  Taste is tiny sweet, sour, tiny bitter and metallic with sweet bread, lemon juice, crackers, overripe grapes, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar, banan bread, boiled cabbage, dry soil and silage. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp, tiny dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny bitter with bread, lemon juice, red and green apples, silage and hints of vinegar. Bad or more likely infected.

Draught at the Brewery cons 2012-08-02 Forshem Fresh from the tank! AR: syrup, nutty AP: amber, oily, wee biege head F: wee fizzy, melas, bready, caramel, trocodera, wee watery, Green Apples, The one that were not directly from the tank is more fizzy and more drinkable to me! Had à wee chat with the brewer himself, and they had 4 beers on when they started the season - but only one now since the consumption where higher then expected. Anyhow the grill was lovely, appriciated by the entire family. Had a nice chat with the brewer himself. They had 4 one, when they started the season, but the consumption have been over their expentations. Next year they will be better armed;). The grilled meat and the chicken was lovely, the entire family appricared it!

Sample at SBWF 2010. Yellow with white head. A lot of fruitiness that reminds me of a Belgian blonde beer. Spritzy and lively carbonation. It’s a little one-dimensional, but easy-drinking and refreshing.
