COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The citrus aroma of cascade hops and the special brewed aroma of special yeast knit together a flowery, complex fragrance. An original white beer made with malted wheat.

Draught at Bungalow. Hazy blonde, minimal head. Spicy citrusy nose, also wheat and butter. Creamy palate, but was a little too flat- perhaps the last of the keg? Fresh and sweet, with some spice to finish. Not too shabby.

Kinshachi platinum On tap at GJBF 2016. A cloudy light gold with a somewhat tangy Weizen like aroma leaves me confused as I thought it was a Pilsner. Full wheaty body with good clove notes tells me this must be a Weizen and a decent one at that. They need to change the name on this and it’d sell better.

Bottle shared in Yoyogi park. Had been avoiding that one for a while but it still happened. Pretty mediocre wheat beer with a watery mouthfeel, some mild floral notes and lemon, dusty pepper, dirty finish. Thanks but no thanks.

Tap at Bungalow. Name is a bit off-putting for me for some reason. Creamy wheaty. Nice enough though. Light citrus. Interesting mix.

Bottle from Kyoto Isetan Department Store. Light wheaty banana, yeast and some small spice notes. Hazy light yellow, small head. Gentle wheat initial / thin bit of spice in mid and some lemon. Thin-medium body, and fairly dry at the end. Not bad.

330 ml bottle from Takashimaya @ Nagoya station. Pours pale golden, somewhat hazy with a small white top - that is reducing fast. Aroma is quite sour, yeasty - wheat displaying itself quite clear. Has some fruity notes too with a bit of citrus. Taste sensation is is a bit sour at first, together with snappy carbonation and citrus. Snappiness fades away, leaving full yeasty malt sweetness lingering for a while longer. Aftertaste is mild and fruity. Although not too complex, this beer is quite nice thirst-quencher, would fit perfectly a beautiful warm and sunny day.

Small white head. Clear yellow body with carbonation. Fruity earthy honey aroma. Dryish floral grassy sugary taste with earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel, slightly fizzy. Dryish resiny floral honey aftertaste with papery earthy notes. Nice, drinkable, fresh. Probably better when new... (0.33l bottle, I forget where from.)
