Jul 6, 2005 Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Orangey coloured, with a nice inch of cream. Peppery aroma. This starts off with a honey flavour (+hints of orange), then comes the bigs, crunchy hoppy pay-off. Dry, bitter and aggressive, this is hard, but never overwhelming, and relaxes towards the finish. The flavour is not amazingly distinct, but this is a good, hoppy experience.
