Canned (thanks Kim N!). Golden colour, huge white head. Mild alcohol, some sweet malts, grains and herbal notes in the aroma. Flavour is sweet malts, grains, hay and some slight alcohol sweetness as well as mild metallic notes. Except for the metallic notes it’s a quite nice brew.

Golden colour, small head. Hoppy but also sweet aroma with fruity notes. Hints of caramel and herbs.

330ml bottle from World of Beers Gift Box pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malts and mild grassy hops. Taste is big caramel malty sweet with some alcohol and a mild hoppy bitter finish. Medium body and light carbonation. Definitely not as good as it should be.

11.2 oz green bottle. Pours a deep gold with a fizzy/loud quickly dissipating white head. Tons of carbonation bubbles can be seen in the crystal clear liquid. It actually smells like a normal bock, there isn’t any skunkiness, just some light toastiness and some caramel. The taste is pretty similar to polish malt liquor, with perhaps a bit more grain. It is very sweet and caramally. The alcohol is detectable but not overt. It is a bit overcarbonated. Style wise I would peg this more as a Euro Strong Lager, though in the smell it has Bock-like characteristic. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 06-09-2010 23:27:19

The flavor is distinctly sweet, corny, alcoholy, fusely. Some bitterness too, which saves this from being a complete drainpour. Little in the way of aroma when cold; corn, graininess, hay. Head dies right away. Bright gold, pretty nice color. A bit thick and lifeless.

11.2oz bottle. This beer is labeled Kiper Bock, at 7%, and should certainly be categorized under Heller-Bock. Hyper-filtered pale orange-tan color. head fades out after a minute or so into oily patches. The aroma is malty, with some bocky, fruity pungency. Hmm..a little odd, but certainly has lots of Eastern European characteristics. The big alcohol body seems to be quite sugary, but is rescued by the caramel sweetness of the specialty malt. Somewhat thin in mouthfeel, this beer isn’t so impressive, but is still decently enjoyable. Sweet aftertaste. Quite a foreign feel to is as compared to the plethora of North American and Western European beers.

Bottle: Pours a light copper color with a nice white head. The nose has a combination of corn, diesel, alcohol, husky malt, light hop and metal; like the residue on a tractor after plowing a corn field. The flavor is very husky with lots of corn and malt notes; not the good kind. Strong alcohol and an overpowering husky note in the tail. Moderate body and chewy malts, but lots of sub-par ingredients floating around. Kiepski indeed!

Bottle (Kiper Bock): Gold color, light white head and some lacing. Nose of stale fruit, alcohol, husk and malt. Thin malt flavor, light hop residue and a malt liquorish feel to it. Not much roast or sweetness for this style. A bit sweeter in the distant finish maybe. Meh.

Bottle pours a hazy medium golden with a nice thin but steady white head. Aroma is malty and a slightly carmel toasted hint. Sweet light and malty flavor. A little bitterness but more like sweetened tea than beer. Moderately carbonated and a lingering finish.
