Finest barley malt, premium hops, smooth finish, no bitter aftertaste.

Editor's Note: Also brewed in the US: "Anheuser-Busch began brewing Kirin Lager, Kirin Ichiban and Kirin Light at its Los Angeles brewery in 1997. The agreement marks the first time Anheuser-Busch has produced foreign brands for sale in the United States."

Malty, a hint of floral hops, but more on the sweet malt side. I tad metallic (from a can). But this is great very cold, and especially with sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes.

Poured from a small can. Brilliantly clear with nice head and good lacing. Aroma is slightly grassy. Body is medium and bigger than expected with light bread notes. A pleasant lager beer at a very reasonable price.

Pours like, looks like, smells like and tastes like many other pale lagers. Little head, weak malts and weak grassy hops. No finish. Nothing offensive, but nothing to praise either.
