Draught. Gold colour with thin white head. Some dead pale malt aroma, some odd citrus fruit. Can I taste rice and maize? Certainly some adjuncts in this. Then a sickly prickly finish. I wouldnít wish this on my worst enemy. Too gassy and flavours are indistinct

Draught. Ok, let keep this simple. This tastes like corn and sugar. Corn and sugar. Not even fresh corn. Canned corn and sugar. Itís not good.

Large bottle @ I Love Sushi in ABQ, NM. Large white, frothy head atop a clear yellow body. Not that much aroma to pass along.. some grains, but thatís it. Light, unobtrusive flavor, but nothing special (definately not Special Premium Reserve quality). Yes, this does put out the fire of oriental spices, but not much more.

The only good thing about this beer is that it will cut through spicy flavors. Nothing special.

Large white head of frothy bubbles. Almost no carbonation. Rice and corn aroma. Nothing that special for a "Special Premium Reserve". Weak, watery cornflakes and rice. Medium gold in color. No real offensive characteristics. Can easily do without.

Bottle, in Gothenburg (040413). Fully golden with a white head. Aroma light malty (corn, rice) and hoppy. Flavor light sweet and bitter. Light body. My version was 5,5% .

Pours a light golden yellow color. Aromas of grains and maybe some minor hop action. Flavor was crisp, but sort a bland. Still better than most lagers.

12 oz bottle. Given to me by some Japanese exchange students that I hosted for Christmas. Aroma of mild pale malts and hops. Pretty much indistinguishable from any other macro lager. Flavor is also mild and indistinguishable, though pleasant and inoffensive. Probably a good sushi beer, Iíll give that a try at the first opportunity. Not bad.

This one has a lingering maltiness which made it real difficult for me to finish. There are some hops and breadiness here and it isnít very well blended. I swear I had a great Kirin lager before but this wasnít it.

Cleam, sweet, banana aroma. (By clean I mean not-adjuncty.) Blonde with minor head, quickly gone leaving the golden nectar to speak for itself. It spoke with a hint of honey, lager bitterness and solid blonde malt. Pleasant buttery finish. (I feel compelled to add that I drank this at cellar temp; Iím sure itís a great deal blander straight outta the fridge.)
