Almost enough rice to be considered the ’King of all Beers’.

Mild and somewhat sweet beer. The rice is clearly present in the aftertaste. Mine was 5.5% ABV. I had this with sushi. I hate sushi.

Similar to other beers from Asian countries. Not bad, not great.

Mine says 5.5% ABV on the bottle. Pale straw clear with a large medium lasting fine bubbled off-white head. Faint sappy bitter hops aroma fading to bland nothing when warm. Very thin soda watery body and palate. Faint stale bitter and mild corn sweet flavours. Significantly less than ordinary.

Bottle bought in Kyoto, Japan. More watery than many others, but it does have a little bite to remind you that it is beer.

Not bad for macroswill. The nose isn’t putrid, consisting of light maltiness. Taste is clean, with less adjunct and sugary tastes than the typical macro. Finish is dry and lightly bitter. Body is thin. A shade or two darker than straw yellow macro color with the same wispy white head that all macros have.

Gold color, small head. Light and crisp taste. Good flavor. Good balance of hops and malts. Simple clean taste. Some hoppyness and slight tingle on tongue. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Well made beer.

Well if Bud can do this for a foreign beer why can’t they do it for themselves. Nice taste and finish very good wuth sushi.

No aroma to speak of. Very little head, gold in color. Nice, smooth flavor. Good at what it’s trying to be. Goes great with Japanese food.

A very blah beer. Don’t try this (although the name is fun to say).
