2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Golden colour with a small white head. Aromas of straw, barnyard, some hay and some maltyness arises. Light carbonation, thin texture, light body. Brief malt, bready sweetness offers a clear hoppy bitterness which lasts only for a moment. Short finish.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a crystal clear yellow. Visible carbonation yields a white head that vanishes immediately. Weak bread aroma. Taste is light with a bit of sweet malt. No real hop notes anywhere. Drinkable without flaws.

Sweeter than a standard lager. Notes of grain, rice, corn and faint citrus. Well carbonated.

I was surprised by this beer. Even though it is a japenese one I still have only two eyes and no tentacles, no Fukushima damages in brewery!. Out of jokes, it is a good lager which I encourage you to taste.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Brewed and bottled in Weihenstephan, Freising. Clear golden colour, quite stable head - probably resulting from heavy use of hop extracts. Overpasteurised aroma, raw grainy notes, metallic extract. Taste confirms everything from aroma and adds a thing or two of its own. Unpleasant metallic twang, raw grainy taste, only faint notes of what might have once been hops. Astringent. Lowly industrial beer prototype.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Used this one to cook some beer, mixed 50-50 with Carolus Tripel so hopefully the dish won’t be ruined. Pours a clear pale gold with a rachitic white rim that leaves some lacing. Nose is of cereals and adjuncts, not too bad. Taste is of lightly sweet cereals and not hoppy at all indeed. Slight husky feel in the finish. Body is light and carbonation medium-high. Overall it wasn’t too bad but I won’t come back to it for sure.
