Golden color with a small white head. Taste and aroma of hops. Medium body. Not that impressive.

Pours a light golden color. Smell is of grains, some sweetness. Taste is mild, light grains and malts. Overall a mediocre beer.

Tap. Initially some depth to the head that disapated quickly. Carbonation is there and noticeable though nowhere near macros. Pale light yellow, smooth to the taste, thin in the mouth and overall a more than average pale lager with nothing outstanding.

Plimmer (252) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 17, 2008
Bottle 330ml. Pours a clear golden head with medium size head. Fruity hops in the nose. Traces of malt and hops in the flavour - but really neutral clear feeling. Hops in the aftertaste.

This is for the special reserve, which wasn’t on the list. The aroma is kinda malty, color is light yellow. Wow really light flavor, perfect for the Japanese palette. But not for my American tastes.

650 ml bottle from LCBO. Toronto, ON. Pours a straw colour with a small white head. In the beginning the taste is malty which leads to a well balanced hoppy finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

wildchefbill (245) - Sarasota, Florida, USA - MAR 17, 2004
Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is malty, grassy and skunk. Flavor, although minimal, is slightly sweet and grassy. Hop bitterness is totaly lacking. Body is watery and overcarbonated. Nothing to offend, but nothing to please, either.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2009 Smell is average cheapo American style lager - unremarkable and inoffensive. Golden lager color with decent head retention. Thicker in the mouth than a lot of similar beers. Flavor is bland, with a bit less adjuncts and a tad bit more hop presence than BMC. Its relatively pleasant and easy to drink. I’ve had worse, but doesn’t seem like something that anyone would have a reason to seek out.
