UPDATED: DEC 19, 2006 Poured bottle. It was very average all the way around, not a thing exciting about this beer. Aroma was hop and malt. When poured it was a golden yellow, with a small white head that was very carbonated. Palate was non existant. Flavor was a water down Bud. Sorry not again.

I wasnít a big fan of Sapporo until I tried this poor attempt at a brew. This isnít any better than Miller or Bud so donít spend the extra money.

Good aroma for a lager, not corny, just malty. Orangish-yellow color, minimal head. Corny taste, malty, a little alcohol, but finishes light and watery. Has good body for a lager, but still a little thin with a little too much carbonation. Overall, Iíll drink it, but if itís casual sipping Iím going for, Iíd much rather have a Sam Adams or a Spaten or something.

Ok lager. Doesnít really stand out from the rest (Bud, Coors...) but it is not terrible. Drank it before going out and it works fine in such settings. Kind of sweet and watery, but what can you expect.

Can. Moderate carbonation. Simple yeasty hops aroma and flavor, with clean finish. Limited flavor; can do much better with other beer brands. Would drink if served, but would not buy with my own $.

Well, the color is a light clear yellow. Head doesnít last long. Little lacing. Smell and taste is of rice and grain. Where are the hops and malts? I guess beer from across the country is way different than ours. Mouthfeel is very clean and crisp. Overall, nothing I would ever recommend or buy again. Very light beer, Iíd rather spend money on an American marco. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 11-18-2008 05:09:39

pours very light yellow with a little white head, not bad aroma with a nice hoppiness. not alot going on in the flavour department but very refreshing and clean. a good thirst quencher and less chemicaly flavoured than other asian lagers.

Watery pale lager with very little to go on. Slightly sweet and refreshing on a hot day and not much else.
