Bought in a Takoyaki restaurant in Osaka. Solid lager. Great for hot days. Not as distinctive as Ichiban and indeed not as complex a lager. To me it is a watered down version of it. Frothy head and typical colouring. Taste is very like Ichiban but without the extra bitter malt finish that you get with its brother. Very crisp though...it’s just a shame you can’t buy it in Taiwan.

It tastes very artificial or should I say “engineered”. It’s tastier than Asahi. It has good body and big froth. The beer must be really cold to enjoy this beer, which at the same time cover up unpleasant bitterness(what kind of hop do they use ?).

Drank from a bottle. A very typical macro lager. The only clear component in the taste is a slight bitterness.

Bottled. Pours very pale yellow color, like well hydrated urine. Aroma is sweet apple, sort of like a wet cardboard Aroma. Very sweet. Flavor is much better than the aroma. Light crisp flavor bit of caramel malt sweetness. Slight slight slight hop undertones.
