COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic handcrafted ale, brewed with generous amounts of American hops, including Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo has a complex character and is very hoppy in both flavor and aroma. By using barley malt, Munich malt and crystal malt, this IPA is a delicious medium bodied beer bursting with flavor. A true India Pale Ale.

Dark amber color, clear. Nice hoppy aroma. Taste is a little sour, I think something is off with this beer... foamed heavily upon opening. Finish is also a little off... may be a qc issue with costco. Based on aroma and appearance, I would give a second shot.

Pours a dark red in color with a white head that desipates rather quickly. Poor lacing. Citrusy hops overpowers the caramel malt that hides in the background. First impression was a sugar dadddy. Meaty, chewy texture that i liked. Oily on the palate with a smooth finish. Suprisingly a decent beer for a costco brand.

12 oz. bottle- Pours dark amber with a nice fluffy white head, aroma is dirty hops and caramel malts. The taste is unpleasing, dirty water with bitterness added, not very appealing. Body is medium, carbonation is medium high, finish is bitter. Overall this is more European IPA than American, which in my book is not a good thing.

Clear copper pour, with an off white head. Sweet malt, piney hops, light citrus, and grain. Easy drinking. Not very good of an IPA, but the most worth while Costco brew.

Mild, hoppy, bitter, oily with a little linger. Small head. Deep red, clear. Nothing special, but not overpowering. Easy, drinkable.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Medium IPA aroma and flavor. This comes off like a east coast IPA very light. Needs more hops for an IPA.

Pretty reddish amber color with white head. Aroma is very faint citrus hops and cola. Taste is very malty and grainy with a mild bitter finish. Not balanced by any means but much better than some low grade ipas.

For a pale this isn’t bad. Some hops, but nothing worth noting. Mostly just another eh beer here.

The aroma is a little sour, and it looks a little off. There is quite a bit of red in there making it a reddish brown. The head is nice and thick - not size but texture-wise. The flavor isn’t very interesting, either. Dry, with a lemon iced tea aftertaste. Moving right along...

Picked up a variety case that includes these at Costco. Nice bronze color with a tan head. Flavor is strongly dominated by hops. Not the best IPA I’ve had, but still a good beer.
