COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian strong ale. Golden in color with a white creamy head. Aromas of honey, spice, malt and alcohol. Mildly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish.

Sampled at the brewpub. Clear golden with a small white head. A sweet sugary, honey, and yeast aroma. Those plus some fruit and a little alcohol in the flavor. I wish the Belgian notes stood out more. Decent and it definitely feeds a sweet tooth.

Tasted at the brewpub. It poured a hazy golden color with a white foamy head. The aroma was of candied sugar, yeast, grains, dried tropical fruit and a hint of alcohol. The taste was of citrus rind notes, tropical fruits, yeast, toast and some white grapes. It had a medium to full body with lively carbonation. Very good.
