An unfiltered wheat beer brewed with unmated wheat and flaked oats to give it its cloudy golden color and smooth mouth feel. Coriander and Orange peel were added to the boil to give it its spicy aroma and flavor. Belgian Witte is fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain that gives it its peppery, banana, clove and bubble gum flavors. This beer can be served with an orange peel.

Draft - Citrus and wheat with a touch of spice. Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Citrus, wheat and a nice little bite to break the sweetness.

Nice. Banana flavor. Really cloudy. easy drinking. Lots of lacing. Blue moon is better than this. Almost too watered down.

It poured a clear yellow/gold color with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma was of mild spices and citrus. The taste was of citrus, sweet spices and a hint of vanilla. A fruity aftertaste. Not a bad Belgian Witbier.

Sampled at STL Microfest 2012 - Pours hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma has bubblegum, coriander, smooth wheat and mild citrus. Medium / light body with mild sharp carbonation. The flavor has lots of spice, dry wheat and a bit of chalkiness. The finish has some pepper and spice added. Nice crisp witbier.

Tasted 8/7/10. Sampler from the Brewpub. Hazy with a pale golden hue. Moldy off-white ehad. Aromas of oranges and perfumy, floral yeast. Medium bodied and mildly chalky. Good body and a spot on interpretation of the style. An abundence of orange flavors along with a bright citrus effervescence and the perfumy yeast character. Well crafted and tasty!

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a mostly clear yellow-gold color with a thin and fizzy whtie head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Mild spices and citrus in the nose. Light body with flavors of citrus, sweet spices and a bit of vanilla. The finish is lightly hopped with a fruity aftertaste. Average overall.
