The amber Pilsspezialität, brewed to a traditional recipe with contemporary craftsmanship. A special treat for friends and a mild malzaromatisierten lager. For the first time in 1998 brewed from the special occasion of the 200-year-old brewery’s anniversar

pours a clear amber color with an decent head. Aroma of malt, mild citrus and grass. Taste of malt sweetness, bit of grain and citrus in the background. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. fairly light body, quite smooth and a pleasant feel, although there a tinge of metal as it warms. Decent beer, nice change from all the Pils.

Gelungen! Test vom 11.4.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,9,12,11,10,11 - 10,90

The beer in the glass is amber-colored, with a beautiful sparkling head. It smells malty bitter and hoppy-flowery, very bitter. Starts with a well balanced malt body with some caramel. The middle part shows some caramel and aroma hops. The finish is malty-bready, caramelly with a subtle hop aroma.

Small head. Pretty straightforward. Not much on character. Some good hops. That’s about it.

I really like this local beer. It is different than most other beers in the area. Kind of a brown beer.

Pours light amber with small head. Nondescript aroma. Starts out okay-ish while cold, but as the beer heats up it quickly loses carbonation and gains a rather unpleasant funky metallic flavour. Not good.

Ordentliches Bier! Bottled thanks Bierkrug! Almost clear amber, rich firm head. Some metal shows up in the nose, between doughy malt and grassy hops. Dry and crisp with slim body and rounded mouthfeel. Doughy malt lies as a firm foundation, the salty grassy finish becomes gradually more bitter. Notes of blood and metal lies on a distance and ruins some of the fun.

Bottle. Amber color, thin, sugar, moderate carbonation. Nothing that stands out in the end. Easy to drink.
