Papsoe (25074) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Flowery hop aroma - very delicious. Medium body, clean malts but the emphasis is on dry flowery hops leaving a solid bitterness. A filtered Landbier! I’d call this a clean North-German Pils. 010910

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A golden one, a bit pale maybe, clear, and topped by a small, off-white head. Very fruity on the nose with some pale malts in the back. Lemon notes. The flavor is a bit boring, but it’s a pleasant and easy drinking beer. A bit thin on the palate. Pale malts and some fruityness, slightly bitter, also in the end. Overall, a bit boring, but sure drinkable. 110218

It’s yellow-golden with a creamy head, and the aroma has notes of hay, malt and dust. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, hay and light flower, and the finish is slightly dry.
