BückDich (4618), Boise, Idaho, USA Oct 28, 2008 Bottle: Soft beige color with a light tan glow; spotty legs. The nose is a little rough with some koji and a light banana and kiwi note. A hint of orange and acidity shines through. The impact is very soft and mild with a mellow body followed by a rough dry koji note and ample alcohol in the tail. A bit 1 sided, but it has such a mellow fruity impact that the rough tail doesn’t stop you from continuing to drink. Interesting rice and so mellow for the high acidity. Malted rice? Interesting! Thanks Tim!
