Dark brown color alomost black with small off white head. Aroma of hay, cereal, caramel, lactose. Taste is a bit sweet with nice bitterness , good balance... may be a bit watery. Light body, watery texture. Not bad at all but not so special.

Bottle at cardinal. Clear red-brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Fruity and light roasted aroma of caramel, bread and hops. Fruity and light roasted flavour of dark chocolate and hops. Dry hoppy finish.

Clear medium to dark amber brwon colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a lnog to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Draft at Farmers Cabinet. Very dark ruby black pour. Slight foamy head. Mix of dark red fruits and brown fruits with a sharp hoppy finish. Deep flavors that ultimately read a bit shallow. If that makes sense. Not bad. Juicy for a Black IPA. Not bad at all.
