Botella after a 10 km little ride, time for a beer: Unclear deep golden colour, huge white head, well lasting. Quite sweet aroma with fruit, yeast, caramel, spice and malt. Good mouthfeel. Sweet fruity and yeasty flavour with orange and malt, good bitterness. Sweet finish. Bit too sweet for me at the time of drinking it in the forest but good.

Bottle: Deep copper, moderate to large foamy sandy head, nice lacing. Malty start, pale toasted malts, has a very minor over ripened dark pitted fruit aspect. Pomegranate and orange peel seem to be minor or non-existant. Light sweetness, a touch salty. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Dusty stale dark pitted fruit like fiish, albeit very muted. Not bad, but very average in my book.

Taste at Papsoe’s Amber color, no aroma, a bit fruity in flavor and overcarbed.

Bomber poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of bread, orange zest, carmel, light cocoa and light pomegranate. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of orange zest, pomegranate, carmel and light earthiness with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering fruity finish.

Poured dark amber, really no head. Nose is malty, brown sugar, and pomegranate. Really bitter, malty, brown sugar is prime, just a hint of fruits. Good for a brown ale, but was hoping for a little more of the fruit to show. Not bad.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a huge tan head. Aroma is fruity, citric and solid hoppy, towards pine. Smooth fruity, light citric and mellow. Bitter and lingering fruity into the finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Fairly clear, reddish orange appearance with an off white head. Weird tangerine fruity, kind of spicy, mango aroma. Quite fruity, rich tangerine, clementine, a little spicy flavor, slightly chewy flavor with decent carbonation.
