Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, citrus - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Draft. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, grass, and light malt, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight citrusy yto mild peachy. Citrusy and slight grassy flavoured. Bitter and crisp fruity finish.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Sweet malty nose with a metallic touch. Medium body, rather sweet malts and again a minerally, metallic touch and a spicy hop edge. Not that bitter though. Different, but I’m not sure I’m all that fond of this hop in a Pilsener. 170511

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Very pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is grass, bready malts, some mild herbal notes. Flavour is bready malts, fruity and floral hops along with mild grassy and yeasty notes as well.

Malty aroma of hay, honey and hops.
Malty flavour of hay, caramel and hops.

Draught, KØ11. Almost clear yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is clean and citric. The mouthfeel gets a little rubbery after a while.
