Draught@CPH BF 2011. Very pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is grass, bready malts, some mild herbal notes. Flavour is bready malts, fruity and floral hops along with mild grassy and yeasty notes as well.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight citrusy yto mild peachy. Citrusy and slight grassy flavoured. Bitter and crisp fruity finish.

Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is crisp malt and grassy hop. Flavour is crisp malt, grass, pine and flower.

Clean and simple pilsner with the taste dominatede by NZ hops, grapeseeds and the usual stuff.

Bottle, 33 cl: Slightly hazy pale beer with a frothy but short white head. Intriguing bready, floral aroma with hints of hay, flowers and some subdued grassy notes. Taste is very herbal and slightly grassy. Light sweet and medium bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft. Bitter and dry finish. A refreshing hoppy take on the pilsener.

CBF11: Light head, grey yellow, nose is a little warm citrus, medium body and some length, Taste is lemon curd, hay grapefruit. nice pilsner

Bottle at På Besök, Malmö. Pours yellow with small head. Small subtle fruithy hop aroma. A thin almost non-alco body with a little sweetness and a growing fruithy dry gooseberry hop taste and a little bitterness in the end. Maybe a little to subtle but clean and wellbuilt.

Draught. Pale yellow Dense white head. Aroma of flavour is quite grassy and fruity. Has some herbal notes and some vague citrus. Meium bodied. Ends on a grassy bitterness.

Hazy yellow-gold with a thin white head. Crisp, malty, dry. Light fruitiness. Very smooth, rolling finish.

Draught, KØ11. Almost clear yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is clean and citric. The mouthfeel gets a little rubbery after a while.
