COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Traditional German style pilsner redesigned. Malty, but very dry, crisp and smooth with a clear spicy and fruity NZ dry hop note.

(12.0% P, 5.0% ABV, 35 BU, Colour 5 – 10 EBC).

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Very pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is grass, bready malts, some mild herbal notes. Flavour is bready malts, fruity and floral hops along with mild grassy and yeasty notes as well.

Bottle, 33 cl: Slightly hazy pale beer with a frothy but short white head. Intriguing bready, floral aroma with hints of hay, flowers and some subdued grassy notes. Taste is very herbal and slightly grassy. Light sweet and medium bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft. Bitter and dry finish. A refreshing hoppy take on the pilsener.

Bottle at På Besök, Malmö. Pours yellow with small head. Small subtle fruithy hop aroma. A thin almost non-alco body with a little sweetness and a growing fruithy dry gooseberry hop taste and a little bitterness in the end. Maybe a little to subtle but clean and wellbuilt.

Draught, KØ11. Almost clear yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is clean and citric. The mouthfeel gets a little rubbery after a while.
