05-MAY-2012, bottle @home, from "Superbest". Very light golden with low white head. Very weak aroma. Hay’ish malty with some flowery hops. Elderberries? Really a pilsner with a nice lable. Dry-hopped? I do not get it. Boriing.

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma is a bit flowery and a little grainy-malty. Clear, yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste is light bitter, flowery, bit citric and it has a hint of pepper. Thin, watery body.

12oz. Bottle (at 5.5%ABV).: Aroma of malt, corn, grain, and a hint of hops. Poured yellow/gold in color with a tiny, white head that disappeared, except for around the edges. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of malt, corn, grain, slight honey, and a hint of apple. Light to medium body. Lightly sticky, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, corn, grain, cardboard finish is lightly sticky and lightly dry.

Clear yellow color, big fluffy lasting white head. Applesauce, asparagus, tomato scent, what’s up with the wierd vegetable smell? Smell also has some greenish herbs. Sweet, herbal, a bit oppy, somewhat bitter taste. Also some tomato in the taste, else I’d give it a 7 there. Herbal bitter and a bit metallic aftertaste. Almost flat mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
Not really something I’d buy again, feels not as my taste.

(10 cl on tap, CBF 2011) Pours a pale, straw yellow with little, white head that laces the glass. Aroma is a characteristic german malt with a strange fruity whiff of banana and other unidentified stuff. The texture is watery with a medium body, medium carbonation and a short, dry finish. The taste is malty, bready, metallic and not very harmonic. I couldn’t drink it all and it has nothing to do with me finding German beer boring and conventional. I just couldn’t stomach the combination of the German malt and .. something else.
