Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is smoked, malt, caramel, fruit. Flavour is smoked, malt, caramel, sugar, caramel, fruit. OK/Nice beer.

Bottle, october 20th 2012. Dark copper body, creamy beige head. Gusher, lively carbonation. Malty aroma with light hints of smoke and wood. Sweet malty taste, with some ash and finishing on the sour side accompanied by an astrigent bitterness. Not quite the smoky beer I expected.

500 ml bottle kindly shared by Sigmund. ABV is 7,5%. Clear deep orange amber body with a small dense light brown head. Smokey tar, fireplace and wood on the nose. Smokey, acidic overwhelming flavors. Nice aftertaste.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat, Sandnes. ABV is 7.5%. Dark copper colour, moderate off-white head. Strong aroma of smoke / smoked meat. The flavour is smoked sausage on a medium sweet and lagerish flavour, some acidity. Nope, this is not a beer for me. Fail.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks DSG. Pours orange to brown with a nice head, aroma of smoked fish, wood, sausage, nice saltiness, flavor is sourish with a nice body, smoke, malt and vanilla, medium to full bodied

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy smoky aroma. Sweetish malty grainy smoky flavor with hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty grainy smoky finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear red/brown - white head. Nice smokey, ryebread, nutty, nice malty, ok medium bitterness, some acid sourish notes, berries, caramel, breadish.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange coloured with a small white head. Sweet and smoked aroma of caramel and bread. Sweet and smoked flavour of caramel and berries. Smoked finish.

Botella. Hazy deep golden colour. Aroma is smokey with caramel and malt. Ok mouthfeel. Smokey flavour with malt and caramel, mild fruit to it and some sourness towrds the finish, acid. Bit off but ok smoked brew.

Bottled. A hazy deep red with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.
