English: Heavily hopped with 50 % US and 50 % NZ hops, for a dry, clean and intensely fruity DIPA. The explosion of citrus, passion fruit, peach and apricot flavors wraps the intense hop bitternes in a highly seductive way. Think ’This is my idea of the ideal fruit bowl!’

(21.0 % P, 9.0 % ABV (first batch at Sigtuna), 100 IBU, Colour ~ 15 - 20 EBC).

Fresh 330ml bottle from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri. Pollen, chalky quark and apricot and quince peel in aroma do not betray the wonder of cheesecake, more quince and white grape beneath: exquisitely balanced, eminently drinkable DIPA with a fulfilling round spongecake mouthfeel and no abv fumes whatsoever. Another Kissmeyer gem flying well below the radar.

650 ml, flaske, 9,5 % ABV, BB: ITAF, købt i Boxbeers.dk, 18. juli 2015. Olieret konsistens. Afslutningen er bittersød, men slutter næsten bitterbesk. Dejlig frisk og frugtrig udgave af en dIPA, som har karakter samtidig med at være let drikkelig.

66cl bottle, served in Shaker. Pours dark orange with medium white/beige frothy head, very good appearence. The aroma is so intense: hops everywhere! the impact is so american. The taste is also very american despite the NZ hops...It reminds me specially those beers made with fresh hops. Citrus and tropical fruits worth to be mentioned as well. Dry lasting lovely finish. Medium/full body, perfect carbonation. Alcohol? what’s that? Sensational.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (30/04/2015) - amber pour with good sized persistent white head. Sweet topical fruity and malty aroma and taste, peach, grapefruit, splash of pine needles across the palate, some caramel, solid bitter finish. Lovely.

Absolutely one of my favorites! It is unfiltered and have an allmost golden look, both appealing to the eye. Very fruity, loaded with hops but very balanced and have a descreet maltprofile. It is very complex in the most delightful way and really the definition of a high quality DIPA. This is a must for IPA heads!

Bottle at home. Clear amber orange with a white head. Taste, Malty, Malty, Malty, very little hops. 6 months till the expire date. Tasted more like a mild barley..

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2015 2015-04-24. Bottle brewed at Ipswich Ale Brewery: 5+2+5+2+9=2.3. Hazy orange with a small white head. Berries and light cheesy hops in the nose, some light spicy notes. Strange aroma, berry notes; gooseberries, elderflower, white cheese, soap, tigger (no idea what this is, wtf am I doing?). Medium body, very raw bitterness, light sweet, soft carbonation. Raw, messy, unpleasant. No date on the bottle, so I have no idea about how old it is.

Bottle, this time from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri. Hazy copper with a small off white head. The nose is a bit sharp with citrus, light cheese, garlic, sugar, caramel. Flavour is mellow with some candied fruit, light cheese, paper, bread, sugar. Full body, heavy sweet, sticky. Better than the first one I tried, but I don’t see gold medal potential here. Alcoholic rough finish. Abrasive.

Bottle. Unclear amber body with a medium offwhite head. Malt, caramel, light hops, light fruity. Bitter caramel aftertaste. Quite dissapointing.
