English: Heavily hopped with 50 % US and 50 % NZ hops, for a dry, clean and intensely fruity DIPA. The explosion of citrus, passion fruit, peach and apricot flavors wraps the intense hop bitternes in a highly seductive way. Think ’This is my idea of the ideal fruit bowl!’

Draught at Bishops Arms, Marina - Helsingborg. August 2011.
Oh yes it’s fruity, aroma is packed with it. Not necessarily the fruits I’m looking for though. It’s a bit sticky and syrupy and the aromas coming out is mostly caramel, peaches, apricot and pineapple. Still good. The body is thick and surprisingly enough no alcohol shines through. The taste is sweet with a nice contrasting bitterness taking over towards the end. It’s not very refreshing but it’s defiantly a good DIPA for the pub nights.

Draught - at Cask Pub & Kitchen - August 7, 2011. Hazy gold with an average frothy lasting off-white head. Interesting aroma - tropical fruit with a hint of sugar cookie (not too sweet though) - plus cinnamon, nutmeg - fairly intensely bitter, but I got more of the fruit and spice in the nose. Taste is tart, acidic - raw cinnamon - alcohol, pungent. Astringent, acidic, decently carbonated, with a long bitter and spicy finish, dry acidic aftertaste. Excellent! - and odd.

Cask at Craft Pub and Kitchen Bright reddish-amber, with a bubbly, thin, head. Lovely aroma of caramel and grains, rich malts, with some citrus, honey, and grass. Sweet honey flavor with caramel, butterscotch, tropical fruit, and dirt. Good stuff.

lusikka (5338) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2011
Draught @ Gastropub Nordic, Tampere.
Pours a dark copper colour with lazy bubbles and a small white head. Aroma of caramel malts, some pine needles and hops. Flavour of caramel malts, some pine needles, alcohol and sweet berries. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a slightly burning, fruity, bitter finish. Needs more hops and a little less alcohol.

Sweet and suprisingly light aroma has ripe, exotic fruits. Flavour has also some ripe fruits too. Almost too sweet, but does not go over my limit. Too berryish though.

Transparent amber, thin cream ring, spotty, oily head. Nose is very stale, cheesy, cardboard, bit of earth. Flavor is very sugary, again cheesy, sticky finish of light mint and paper.

Clear copper color, off-white head. Malty, sweet, floral, fruity, berry, caramel taste. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel. High lasting bitterness. Sweet, fruity, hoppy scent.
Nice to sip on, but too strong and bitter to have more than a small serving.

Draught, KØ11. Mildly hoppy aroma. Clear shiny copper colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly caramelly with a bit of piney hop. Not as sweet as many other DIPAs.
