COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Previously called ’Kissmeyer West Coast Pale Ale’

English: Dry, crisp, medium malty body, medium smooth bitternes, big, fruity hop aroma and flavour. Think a bolder and more aromatic version of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

On tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, very hoppy with a cloudy orange colour. Not too much great white head with a short finish. Low carbonation. If you smell it, it is not too much noticeable. A little bit bitter and easy to drink. Very good!

Better than expected, specially its looking, close to a hazy double IPA and darker than an average Pale Ale. The aroma is toffee-ish with some roasted hint, but the mouthfeel is basically hoppy, with a range of flavors from fruity (pear, some peach, tropical fruits) to resins and pine. Highly carbonated, low bodied, well balanced, watery texture, good balanced finish. Very drinkable, loses as it gets warm: better to have slightly chilled.

Backlog. On draft. Pours amber with lasting white foam. Aroma is very nice with notes of bready malt. But is overwhelmed by hoppy notes of flowers, citrus and tropical fruits. Flavour is light malted caracter with notes of bread. Hops dominate with notes of citrus, tropical fruits.

A highly drinkable pale ale with a nice lively hoppy aroma. The mouthfeel is light and has flavors of bitter pineapple and crispy hops. Aftertaste lingers and bitterness develops. Nice summer drink.

Lidt tør ikke så fantastisk som Pale Ale. Lidt for maltwt til min smag. Flot skum og apparence. Jamen den har da smag men ikke så fantastisk til prisen som så meget andet dk øl. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
