500ml bottle. Cloudy dark golden to amber colour with medium frothy lacing white head. Distinct but moderate hop aroma. Taste is more "powerful", dry and bitter hop, herbal, metallic. Definitely not easy to drink. The hop notes are not on the flattering range of the tongue’s spectrum, but rather strenuous. Nevertheless worth the fray.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Bottled. Pours a deep amber with a medium sized off-white head leaving a fair lace. Nose of floral hops, citrus fruits, peacy notes and caramel. Sweet flavor with grapefruit, peach and caramel. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Ends up more dry and nice bitter. An OK APA maybe a little weak on the palate.

Draught (as West Coast Pale Ale)@Hilpeä Hauki, Helsinki. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, mild caramel, some earth as well as mild grassy notes. Flavour is fruits, some mild catpissy notes, grass as well as some maltyness carrying it up.

Sample @ CBF. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, citrus and caramel.

Bottle. Large bubbly beige like head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden/amber color. Aroma of preach, passion fruit, pineapple, light toffee. Quite hoppy fruity aroma and mouthful. The aroma is right up there with Sierra Nevada in my opinion, but the body is a bit too thin. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and light oily dry texture. Light to moderated bitter and sweet flavor. Gets a little bit of that liquorish like finis from the hops.

Bottle.Dark golden colour with head.Aroma is dry and bitter with flavor of tropical fruits and caramel,well balanced with crispy dry finish.

Pours a deep amber colour with a long-lasting white head. Aroma of faint fruits and caramel. Flavour of caramel malts, fruits such as grapefruit and floral hops. Quite sweet. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel. Hoppy fruity finish. Not bad but lacks character.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale orange with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of grass hops with just a bit of grapefruit. Flavor has a good amount of grapefruit backed by some grass and a bit of a bread backbone.

Tap. Slight hazy golden with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, citrus and hops.
