On draft at Avenue Pub. Dark gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of floral saison yeast, tart orchard fruit, and green peppercorn. Sour/floral orchard fruit and spice flavours mix with elements of pale malt and minerals. Medium bodied, which seems a bit fuller than most saisons. A fairly good saison, but not quite as good as Dupont.

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma has some fruits, is a bit floral, yeasty and a bit spicy. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste is sweet malty, flowery, light spicy. Very refreshing, very good.

Slightly hazy orange color, small steady white head. Saison yeasty, orange peels aroma with some citrus notes. Medium-bodied. Citrus, rubber, orange ... typical saison flavors but kegged version is quite light and lame flavourwise. Most likely a bit better on bottle.

Pours orange colour with light head. Lots of citrus and spices on the nose, sour fruits, soap, herbal notes and distant notes of varnish. Flavour is soapy citrus and other exotic fruits, spices and grapes. Quite carbonated and complex. Very well balanced.
