The aroma is not like a sake at all. It’s got citrus, rice, bamboo, and baking soda. The appearance is white and looks still but is carbonated. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall I like the carbonated character.

aroma is like fresh coconut milk, the taste is a tart wild not sour flavor with lemon, coconut and passion fruit. it has an interesting characteristic, with a smooth silky flavor.
