Jul 19, 2007 bottled, at pils bar franco in erlangen. honeyish colour, decent bubbly head, pretty similar to the kitzmann helles but with a bit of extra bitterness. light vanilla and a pleasant grassy aftertaste

Jun 25, 2007 Bottle. Clear medium yellow amber color with a average to large frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, earth, sweet, bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Feb 15, 2007 Bottle. Quite thin. Typical clean German beer, with some sweetish bready malt notes, and some grassy hops. Could have done with more depth of flavour, finishes short.

Jan 9, 2007 Drunk at the Erlanger Bergkirchweih which it is brewed for. Clear, light gold colour. Mostly hops aroma. One of my preferred Festbiere.
