A yellow beer with a thick but quite fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet and malty - very simple. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of flowery hops and caramel, leading to a very slightly bitter end - I find it very ordenary.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is bready and some slight hayish notes. Flavour is some wood, mild bready notes as well as some mild herbal notes. A quite pleasantly balanced pils.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Straw-golden with a small yet definately existing head. Extremely lovely hop-aroma from high-quality aroma-hops. Also a pronounced bitterness. Quality pils. 050405

Bottled. Pale golden with rich, dense head. Bready and grassy, dry and soft. Pleasantly deep malt character leading to lingering grassy bitterness. A delightful pilsener!

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Tap at the brewpub. Clear gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and crispy. Light sweetish pale malt, little peel. Light floralness. Okay.

Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours perfectly clear gold with a mellow, foamy white head. Very tasty, albeit fairly simplistic, with light bitter straw, white bread and cereal. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet cereal in the finish. A little sugary a times and, as stated above, simple, but very drinkable nonetheless.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, tap at the brewery tap - Erlangen, 25/01/14. Clear pale golden with a thin off white head that eventually vanished. Nose is grass, faint caramel, straw, lemon. Taste comprises bread dough, citric tang, light caramel, grassy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying closure. So so pils.
