Bottle
Pale yellow, fluffy white head. Fine flowery aromatic aroma. Fairly lightbodied and thinnish for a helles, but the hops are quite delightfull.

Bottled:
Pale golden color. Malty, pithy aroma. Fresh malty flavor. Light sourly, unpleasant finish. Dry, astringent end. Not a really good Helles.

Bottle: Clear, pale golden coloured, medium sized fluffy head; citrousy and pale-malty nose with some traces of umbels in the background; mild sweetish fruity (citrousy) flavour; malty and citrousy finish, accompanied by some shy hops. A drinkable Helles, nothing more.............

Bottle. Golden colour with a big white head. Malty, moldy aroma and a sweet malty, hoppy taste. Medium body with a light dry finish.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2006 Disappointingly low on aroma, just a hint of boiled milk. Light malty flavor with hints of apple and oil. Slight bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied. Not really good. 5 3 5 2 8 = 2.3 Re-rate: bottle. Blonde, creamy head. Aroma of fresh malt. Fresh malty flavor with touches of orange and boiled milk. Well balanced, in spite of the modest hop gift. Well made.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Pale orangey golden, very limited head. Quite high on the malt sugars with a very soft mouthfeel. Bitterness is pretty much completely absent. Rather typical "Helles". 030505

Bottle, from shop at Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. Gold, moderate white head and gentle condition. Malty grain in the nose with some traces of starchiness, soft and gentle sweet malt in the mouth, sweet malt and slight grainy dryness in the finish with the faintest suggestion of hops at the end.
