Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest sweet, fruity touch. Not very dry. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Nice!

It’s golden with a nice, white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, light caramel and citrus. The flavour has a refreshing bitterness with notes of citrus and straw, malt a little caramel. It’s a refreshing helles with a slightly dry & bitter finish.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Moderately sweet grainy and bready aroma with honey and delicate herbal hops. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium body, with an almost soft, quite pleasant carbonation. Mild malty and bready taste; cereal-like, sweet and slightly bitter finish with a touch of herbal hops. Clean Helles, pleasant to drink.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry and grassy. Sweet and malty flavoured. Light bitter and slight malty flavoured. Light cornish to slight malty note. Ends medium dry and malty, light bitterness.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2006 Disappointingly low on aroma, just a hint of boiled milk. Light malty flavor with hints of apple and oil. Slight bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied. Not really good. 5 3 5 2 8 = 2.3 Re-rate: bottle. Blonde, creamy head. Aroma of fresh malt. Fresh malty flavor with touches of orange and boiled milk. Well balanced, in spite of the modest hop gift. Well made.

Bottle, from shop at Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. Gold, moderate white head and gentle condition. Malty grain in the nose with some traces of starchiness, soft and gentle sweet malt in the mouth, sweet malt and slight grainy dryness in the finish with the faintest suggestion of hops at the end.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty, slightly hoppy, hints of dust.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, fruity, sugar, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090617]

Bottle
Pale yellow, fluffy white head. Fine flowery aromatic aroma. Fairly lightbodied and thinnish for a helles, but the hops are quite delightfull.

A light yellow beer with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is malty with a strong flowery hoppy note - almost spicy. The flavor is sweet malty with a spicy flowery hop note. Good for the style.
