MoritzF (3648), Ruhrpott, Germany Mar 20, 2007 (bottle) Slightly hazy, yellow to pale golden colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing foamy white head. Dusty and yeasty, slightly herbal and floral hoppy aroma on a malty background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy, cereal-like taste, slightly strawy and yeasty; dry, grainy, slightly bitter, but aromatic herbal, slightly floral finish hoppy finish. Pretty quaffable and moreish brew, a very good session beer. Probably the pasteurised and bottled version of the Zwickel Bier, which has to be confirmed.
