May 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours a murky dark orange/brown color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a malty spicy wheat malty aroma with some hints of clove and banana. Smooth wheat malty spicy banana flavor, Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish with some hints of banana in the aftertaste.

Apr 10, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy muddy brown with a large cream head. Aromas are caramel and raisins with bready yeast and wheat. Some banana. Flavours are sweet toffee and caramel with lots of bready yeast. Fruity with some pear. Alcohol is not too evident. Decent.

Feb 23, 2008 bottle @ home. Wheaty, juicy lemon nose. Heavyly clody amber. Yeasty honey flavours. Strong mouthfeel. Well balanced. And as the brewers mention: something very special for body and soul :-)
